Question for beer connoisseurs on Jewel or other RCI ships

I am somewhat of a beer snob. i like good quality beer. Im wondering what kind of beer they have on board ship. I thought I heard about them having their own brewed beer. Is this so? If so does anyone know anything about it?

 

Im into Belgian beers which are typically stronger. Anyone who sails on RCI know anything about the menus? The thought of being trapped on board with some crappy ol' Heineken's or Miller lite is overwhelming.

The last cruise we were on in July they had Sam Adams and have since introduced a new Belgian beer with a RCL label.

They do have a selection of imported beers. I'm sure you will find something to your liking!

The Royal Ale made especially for RCI in Belgium is a really nice ale. The alcohol content is over twice as much as domestic beer. The ships also usually have a couple of beers on tap in addition to all the regular domestic & imports.

It would be nice to have a few Belgians on board, or I'd even settle for Fat Tire. At least they could put some on to honor the passing of Michael Jackson.
