Is there snorkeling on 7 Mile Beach?

Can you snorkel? Yes

 

What will you see? Sand .... lots of sand..... The reef is a good mile out from Seven Mile.... Which is why the diving in this are is all boat diving.

 

The reef is near shore south of town....but there's little beach there as the reef comes right in and creates 'iron shore'. Great snorkeling and shore diving tho....

Cemetary Beach at the faaaaaaar north end of 7 mile beach has good snorkeling.
