BA tour

We will be arriving in the early AM in Buenas Aires the day the ship sails. Is it feasible to take the suitcases to the checkin place (for the ship) and then get a city bus tour of BA? We will be arriving from NY. Do you think this is just too much to do after flying 13 hours? Thanks for your help. (Normally, we arrive someplace the day before, but cannot do that this trip.)

You could just hire a private tour operator to pick you up at the airport and take you on a 4 hour tour and then take you to the pier. We took a private tour the day we were in port. Try Cintia at www.wowargentina.com.ar She arranged it for us. In any event if that is your only day in BA do something. We certainly would; you can rest on board.
