1st timer question- ALCOHOL

Hello! I am going on my very 1st cruise next week... 7 Night Greek Isles Cruise on Splendour of the Seas. My question is this: I know they have a all you can drink plan for pop. Someone told me they also have one for alcoholic drinks. Is this correct? How do I go about getting this? I have enjoyed reading everybody's posts. Thank you.. they have been a great help. :)

They USED to have an alcoholic drink card, but no more! It's all "pay as you go"! And even then, it wasn't "all you could drink", but more of a "discount" card for a set number of drinks.

No, there is no all you can drink option for alcohol. They did away with it several years ago.

Pay as you go but they do have specials on the drink of the day. If you do have the drink of the day my recommendation is have it freshly made. By the time they give you the pre made drinks that they have been carrying around they are watered down.

At one time you could get a wine deal where you got a bottle of wine at dinner each evening for a set price. Not sure if they still do this.

Yes they do, but IMHO they are mediocre quality wines that have a MASSIVE markup

The drink of the day is usually awesome and much less expensive than the other drinks. I would agree with going to the bar to get it though.

On some ships they have a champagne drink card available for purchase. I can't remember what the cost was for for how many drinks. Good for any of the champagne cocktails on their menu. We've never purchased it but have heard about it on these boards.
