On line reservations for Supper Club

Has anyone used the one line form for reservations to the Supper Club - before your board :confused: .

 

Seems pretty simple.....looks like you fill out the form and then they get back to you with a confirmed reservation. I'm just wondering if anyone has booked through the system and how it worked out?

Yep... I have and it works very well.

 

John Heald, the cruise director on the Carnival Freedom, will make the reservations for you. Just fill out the form and you're done.

 

You will probably receive a confirming email in ten days to two weeks.

Yes I made my reservation for the Oct. 27th Liberty sailing. I received a confirmation letter via e-mail and printed it up and put it in my cruise folder. What a easy way to do things!!

I reserved a table for our recent cruise with John before he added that form to the website. When I got onboard I made a quick call to the supper club and sure enough they confirmed that they had our reservation!

It seems to work for me. I didn't send the request but I was able to fill the form out without any problems.

So.....John Herald makes the reservation regardless of which ship you are sailing :confused: .

Yep... that's the case. You fill out the form and John will contact the appropriate individual on the ship you sailing on and make the reservations for you.

 

It really is an excellent service and one that he's taken upon himself to provide.

Yes, we did back in May for our November cruise on the Legend and received e-mail confirmation 2 weeks later.

Machman - you have been very helpful - but I do have one more question .

 

I can't help but wonder if there is a timeframe that is "too early" to make the request :confused: . We do not sail until March.....I guess I should hold off or a while :rolleyes: :cool: .

I'd wait until you're six or eight weeks out. I'll guarantee the site will still be there and John will take care of you.

 

In reality, all you need is a booking number and John or Roberto could manage it for you but nonetheless I'd wait a while. First of the year would probably be fine.

This is such a cool service... most folks that haven't been apprised of this will have to wait until they are on board to make reservations. Without doubt, some will be disappointed.

Thanks Machman. We dont sail until March. I will send it in February. Boy, it is going to be a long 6 months. Hopefully being busy with the holidays will make the time fly by.

I made mine about a week ago, but have not gotten a reply email confirming. I am sailing next Sat, so maybe I waited too long. I didnt find out about this great service until last week. Hopefully it worked, if not, I'll just make a reservation when we get on board.

I just made mine last week too and havent gotten my confirmation, but my friends have all received their confirmations from reservations they made a couple of weeks ago

Sorry to resurrect this thread. I made 2 reservations for our upcoming Legend cruise awhile ago but I haven't received a confirmation email. When should I get worried?
