Carnival Cruise for Valentines Day

I haven't cruised over Valentines Day - yet. I will be next year though on cc group cruise - Cupids Conquest. I did read here on cc that last year they had several specials on The Conquest. I remember they ran a special buy for champaign and chocolate covered strawberries. I don't remember what the $ was, but those who wrote about it were very happy with it. Also I believe the ladies received a flower in the dining room on Valentines night. Several people mentioned special photo opps on Valentine night. We will have one of our formal nights on Valentines night itself - I expect to see lots of red dresses that night.

I also would like to read what others have to write about Valentines on a cruise. I know I can't wait.

So we will be on the same cruise. I did not know about the CC cruise until after I made my reservations. A friend of mine told me about this website because I kept asking her questions and she said this is where I should go to get great information. Will you be flying or driving to Galveston?

We sailed on the Glory this last Valentines Day. I don't remember them doing anything special. It was our Anniversary so I booked the Emerald Supper Club for V day evening. It was very special, and we enjoyed it very much. My DW still talks about the special evening.

Come on over to our thread and get to know all of us. Most of us booked with the group cruise, but we have some adopted "cupids" that have joined in. We are planning lots of fun things to do as a group. You would be welcome to join us. We have a fun group.

We will be driving to Galveston. We have several that will be driving in and some that live too far to drive and will be flying in.

We've sailed on the week of Valentine's before. On Valentine's night in the dining room, they gave out red carnations to all of the ladies, at least on Liberty they did this year. Then some gentleman didn't know who he was, came up to me later in the casino and handed me a heart shaped sucker. He was handing them out to all the ladies, it was nice of him.:)
