Oceanview cabins on Glory - I need your help!

Could anyone please chime in that has been on any of the Conquest ships in an oceanview room and which room was it and how was the noise. Was the Riviera deck noisy (mechanical noises) like it is on the Spirit ships? Was the main deck noisy due to the Lobby deck and theater above? I see a few cabins which looks to be like 1 is available right by the front elevators. We like to sail twice a year so we try to stay away from the balconies but if we cannot find a oceanview, looks like its an inside for us and we have never had one.

There is a great thread on Carnival Cabins to Avoid. The last time I looked it was 19 pages long. :eek: It names cabins and the problems the poster had with it.

We were in 2390 and 2392 main deck on Glory last January and it was very quiet. In fact, we are booked on exact opposite side of ship this January. Can't wait! (If only they'd tell us for sure where we are going, lol!) Good luck with your cabin! :)
