sassafrass Posted September 19, 2007 #1 Share Posted September 19, 2007 I am so excited! We got the snorkeling, horseback riding and parasailing! I can't wait. It was over $400!
rotomu Posted September 19, 2007 #2 Share Posted September 19, 2007 You'll be busy! We did the horseback (first scheduled) and the snorkeling (last one scheduled) and had a GREAT day. Make sure and take the time to relax and enjoy this gorgeous island. We got the first tender and walked up the beach to the "point" of the island. We were the first footsteps on the beach that morning. Lots of small colorful shells and several sand dollars, peace and quiet before everyone else got there-very cool. sassafrass Posted September 19, 2007 Author #3 Share Posted September 19, 2007 We are there 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. I allowed a couple of hours between each thing to eat and relax. It is just me and my 15 year old daughter.
winemistress45 Posted September 19, 2007 #4 Share Posted September 19, 2007 Sassafrass -- this sounds busy and fun! I will be in HMC Thanksgiving week with two teen girls -- 16 and 17 and trying to decide what to do for excursions. One has done parasailing a lot, the other never, so I think they should do that for sure. I like the looks of the aquatrax, but the 16 year old will be turning 16 on the cruise and won't have her license by then and it sounds like they are strict with it -- now that would have been REALLY fun! I'm hoping by then (the last day of the cruise) they will have met some new friends from the ship and I think there are teen activities planned (volleyball or something) by the ship. Have a great time!
