Cruisingbear Posted September 20, 2007 #1 Share Posted September 20, 2007 We have reserved a cabana on HMC and was wondering about tipping the cabana wait person. Is is customary or is it included in the price? Does anyone know if HAL offers shore tours on board different from what is offered online? We want to visit St. John while in St. Thomas. HAL offers only a few to St. John. Has anyone gone to St. John on their own without a tour? Thanks for your help. Happy Sailing...........

The shore excursions choices on board may differ slightly due to availability and times listed online. Check the "Book tours" under for "Booked guests" on the HAL website for the most current info. Most people tip the Cabana stewards separately, I don't think the tip is included in the price. Some might consider that it is, due to the $10 pp p/day service charge.
