You could just stay on the boat looking at the lovely island, get massages, etc. This island is totally geared towards sun and outdoor activities. I'd highly recommend getting on the first tender and walking up the beach as far as you can and enjoy the powder sand and solitude before everyone gets on the island. Then back to ship if you want. If you don't like sun and activity, this is not your stop.

We've had about 12 trips to Mexico over the past 20 years on both the Carribean and Pacific side and HMC is still really special. The finest, whitest sand I've ever seen, gorgeous water, reef in great shape on the back side of the island. At least get off the boat to experience it.
