Has anyone used sunrise tours in Egypt? Or Memphis Tours?

Still searching for the right vechicle for seeing Luxor and Valley of the Kings on our terms (No papyrus factory, no rug factory, no cartouche makers) just want to pay for historic sights, ruins, etc. Anyone?
