Is the Wyndam Open?

I saw on one of these boards that the Wyndam pool is closed...anyone know if that's true? We want to get the day pass and use their beach and pool but if it's closed, we will go somewhere else.

I saw on one of these boards that the Wyndam pool is closed...anyone know if that's true? We want to get the day pass and use their beach and pool but if it's closed, we will go somewhere else.

For now, the main pool is closed for repair, but the beach, the rest of the grounds, and the pools at the adjoining properties are open.

We leave Oct. 13...do you know when they will be re-open? So we can use the pools next door?

We've never had an issue using either the Sheraton or NBH pools when we're at the Wyndham, but I've seen a lot of reports about towel attendants and water equipment workers putting up a fuss. I've never tried to buy a day pass from the Sheraton, and you're likely to get mixed answers on whether it's possible.

 

I'd keep checking back here for pool status, because the last I heard they were targeting the first week of Oct for re-opening the main pool. (I'd add 2 weeks to that for "island time")
