"Ship time"

I have read several reviews that mention their shore plans for Casablanca were upset by the fact that the "ship's time" and the "port time" didn't coincide. Every cruise we have been on (US /Mexican ports) the ship gained or lost an hour to be the same as the port. Has anyone had a different experience for Moroccan ports?
