? on MAUI-Old lanaina luau

We are in Lahaina from 8-6 and in Kahului from 8am friday until 9:30 pm Satuday. Can we do the luau? Do we need to rent a car? How long will it take to get there? If not , where would you recommend for the luau? We are going to 4 islands, and will be in Honolulu for 2 days after the cruise.

We're going to the OLL on the first day of our overnight in Kahului. According to one of my books it's about an hour over to Lahaina. We also will be in Lahaina, but as a tender port and on our itinerary we leave at 6 pm so it's not an option that day.

Also have booked Old Lahaina luau. What are options as far as transportation there? Thanks!
