Gty booking question

Cruising with my parents in December and this is the first time we've booked Gty inside. They said when they booked it, they requested no Upper/Lower bunks. Is this an automatic thing or is there still a possibility that we could get put in one of those cabins anyway?

 

They went through a TA if that makes any difference.

David, when one books an IS or Inside Guarantee you are booking at a 4A inside or better (ie the guarantee). The Bunk Bed type cabins you are talking about are 1A's and no, you will not be given one of them.

The only way you get 1a [upper/lower] is by specifically mentionng that category
