Where can I rent a cell phone in Athens, Greece?

We ordered a global cell phone that has not arrived on time. Yikes!

 

Does anyone have experience with cell phone rental in Athens, Greece? I've read that some places really overcharge.

 

At this point, we would be willing to give up the feature of being able to call back to the United States. Just renting a phone so we could make local phone calls around Greece would be fine.

 

Thanks to anyone who may have expertise about Greece!

 

Our time is short. When the global phone did not arrive today (Saturday) as promised, we knew we had a problem. We fly out on Monday so the new plan is to pick up some type of cell phone when we arrive in Athens.
