What to do in Freeport and Nassau when on crutches?

I fell down the stairs, have something wrong with my ligaments (don't know whetehr it's called that in English, but anyway), and ahve a cast from toes to knee (will be a removable cast when we are on vacation, so that I can wash the sand away)

 

Snorkling, swimming with dolphins, ... is impossible right now, but what can we do in these two ports? Any ideas?

You did not mention mobility. Can you walk, ride?

Nassau has some tours, which would be better if you can walk, but still you can drive it. Nassau also has horse drawn carriages.

 

Freeport has some nice parks, but you have to be able to walk to enjoy them.

My dad is disabled and has one of those motorized scooters. When my parents were in Nassua walking down the pier, one the glass bottom boats asked if they were coming along. They lifted my dad's scooter into the back of the boat and assited him down the stairs. :)

I suggest checking to see if they can arrange a wheelchair for you. Depending where your ship docks, it can be quite a long distance just to get to the end of the pier.
