Westerdam Questions?

Hi- We will be on the Westerdam in the Spring and were wondering if the cabins had any changes made to them during the recent update?

 

Also, how often are the menus changed? Thanks for any info.

teachergal- Look forward to your review of the Westerdam. Have a wonderful cruise. This will be our first HAL cruise and we hope to do the Noordam Wayfarer in the future.

When I read your comment about looking forward to reading my review and said to myself--Yikes!! :eek: I've never written one before but will try my best. Especially since there are not too many recent reviews of the Westerdam post retofit at least concerning the aft.

 

I will also try to get some good pictures of the aft end (from above and below) where most of the major changes were and have caused a lot of discussion here on these boards.

 

We specifically chose an aft cabins due to the large veranda and now I've heard that they have shortened the depth. Because of this we booked another cruise on the Oosterdam( a Vista ship that has not gone through its retofit yet) in spring of '08 mainly to compare the veranda size pre and post retrofit.
