Concierge service on Sovereign

I am wondering about concierge service on Sovereign. At what catagory does it start? I'm am wondering if you get it in a JS or if that is only on select ships.

Unfortunately there is NO concierge on the Sovereign, but when the Genesis comes to PC we will have that to look forward to:)

As of now there is no concierge service or concierge lounge on Sovereign, Majesty, Monarch, Empress, Vision, Grandeur, and Rhapsody. I would expect the three Vision Class ships previously mentioned to have concierge service added eventually. Fingers crossed.
