Hobart by Rolls - shore excursions - Princess

Does anyone have any information on the shore excursion offered by Princess for the Hobart by Rolls? This is a private tour in a Rolls Royce, but it does not say how many people can fit in the Rolls. Any information would be helpful. We are just trying to figure out what to do in Hobart.
