Thanks. I called RC and talked to two different people and got two different answers:confused: . I'm not sure who to believe but a few people have

 

said the same thing you said so I think I'll go with the smart cruising

You might ask this question on the RCCL board and someone who just got back from the first Mexican Riviera cruise might be able to let you know. Usually the decision whether or not to change the time is dependent on the Captain of the ship.
