SF limo/shuttle

We need a recommendation for a limo or car service from the dock to the SFO. DH is in a wheelchair but can transfer to a car or mini-van.

We were there for a cruise stop and the dock workers suggested a private car to the airport would be safest. The dock opens out onto a very busy street with no parking for vehicles.

we took a limo to the pier in san fran since we live close and yes the traffic was hectic. but we called our driver when we got off , and she came there for us,,

you might want to ask if you can do this, so you arent waiting around alot.

Do you have a recommendation as to how to get from the pier to the above mentioned restaurant in Berkeley? Looing at Chez Panisse website it looks like the easiest way is by BART.....any other recs. would be appreciated.

yeah if you dont have a rental car i would take bart... for sure ..a taxi would be a lot . and theres always trafficgo for bartto check out schedules http://www.bart.gov/index.asp
