Can anyone tell me if the water transportation in Venice can handle a person with a 4 wheel walker? My wife uses a rollater type walker, (fold up) and we will be visiting Venice next year.

Most of the water transportation, and in fact most of Venice, required at least a step or two. In fact, most of the bridges were not ramps but a series of steps. You may want to get some specialized advice about managing Venice in your situation or you may be very badly surprised.
