booking next cruise on board

sorry if this is a silly question...

 

will be travelling on splendour in a few weeks and have already booked celebrity for April. I know that if you book another RCCL cruise whilst on board you get OBC. Does this apply to a Celebrity Cruise? and does it have to be a new cruise?

when we were on the last cruise - we did book - and we could have booked either line......

although we stayed w/ rccl, i definately want to try celebrity - and this is a great way to do it - ge tthe $$$ for booking on board!
