Shuttle from ship to town in Victoria ?

I read that there was a shuttle into Victoria from the dock every 15 minutes - where does it take you? I am trying to see how close I can get to Victoria's Castle.

Also, how much does it cost?

Shuttle is $5 and drops you in the Harbour area. Not near the castle at all which is about 3 Kms away. TAxi?? or tour I'm afraid.

We walked from the ship to the Empress. A very pleasant walk, about 20 minutes through a nice neighborhood. We also took a taxi to the castle. (about $10 from the Empress)

Just was in Victoria end of Sept on a cruise and the shuttle is now $6. and it drops you off right beside the Empress Hotel and accross the street from Victoria's main tourist bureau office and at the Inner Harbor. In other words in the heart of Victoria's downtown core area. To get to the Castle from here take a short taxi ride.

lol, I keep seeing mentions of Victoria's 'castle'...I'm guessing this is Craigdarroch. It's a lovely building with an intersting story, but don't expect a 'castle' in the huge british sense of the word. Definitely worth a visit though!
