maasdam main deck cabins?

hi all. considering another crise on the beautiful and elegant maasdam. last time, i had cabin c106, which i loved.

 

the only cabins left on this sailing are insides, on the main deck (520 - 530). below these cabins is the infirmary. above is 'white space'. i usually like to have cabins only above and below.

 

has anyone stayed in this area? i'd like to hear your opinion regarding noise and the dread 'stinky smells'. another other tips appreciated. thanks!
