Cartagena Driver And Guide

Check on the Ports of Call board. I think I saw something like $170 or so. This is what we plan to do with 4 people. Much cheaper than the ship and you can pick what you want to see yourself. Personally I do not have any safety concerns with this port.

We hired a car and driver when we were there in 2003 for $ 80.00 for about four hours. That was for 4 adults and a four year old kid. Did the fort, market, water front, monastery....

 

Had a great time, felt perfectly safe, so much that we had a few beers at a local street cafe.

 

Oh ya, our driver was actually a lawyer, but made better money he said driving tourist around than being an "honest" lawyer .
