impartfish Posted October 15, 2007 #1 Share Posted October 15, 2007 Just wondering if I can send my friends a gift of the Supper Club fees on the Spirit. I can't seem to find it on Carnival's website at all. Is the cost $25 per person? I guess I could give them shipboard credit instead, right? Thanks for the help! ;)
impartfish Posted October 16, 2007 Author #2 Share Posted October 16, 2007 Is it $20 per person or $25? Anyone?
chandom Posted October 16, 2007 #3 Share Posted October 16, 2007 If I recall it is $30 a person
LibrarianCruiser Posted October 16, 2007 #4 Share Posted October 16, 2007 It's $30 per person, not including wine. Or super expensive caviar, if you opt for that. I just thought it went on your S&S card...

I leave on feb 4 (hint hint) LOL I'll remember that! LOL Is it really $30 per person? If so, that'd be $90 for the 3 of them. That may be a bit out of my range. I was hoping to spend $60 on them. :(

Go on the Carnival site and look at the gifts....I'm sure that there is something that you could get. :)
jkneern Posted October 16, 2007 #8 Share Posted October 16, 2007 You could give a gift certificate. We gave these as Christmas gifts last year since the entire family was cruising together in Feb. You just turn it in once on board and it is applied to your sign and sail card as credit. Just another idea
*Mach* Posted October 16, 2007 #9 Share Posted October 16, 2007 Yes, $30/pp. And it's well worth it, and more. The charge is applied to the Sail and Sign account. Some folks, myself included, believe that the food and the service is worth more than the $30. You can either tip in cash or add it to the Sail and Sign account. The service is fantastic and the food is as good as you'll find any where. You can find the menu for the supper clubs here: http://hosted.filefront.com/cruisecritter These are for The Point on the Conquest but the menus are the same on all the ships with supper clubs. impartfish Posted October 16, 2007 Author #10 Share Posted October 16, 2007 Thanks for that link. Terrific info.!! I guess I'll have to go with something other than the $90 for The Supper Club. :( Thanks for the help everyone! ;)

Thanks for the help! ;) I just came back from a cruise on the Miracle today. They don't even let you make a reservation until after it leaves port. By the way, on Celebrity Cruise Line I made the reservation at the supper club after I got my tickets.

Casino Player Posted October 19, 2007 #14 Share Posted October 19, 2007 Now that has to be a relatively new procedure because I was on the Miracle in June and I made the reservations as soon as we boarded the ship. I tried that. It didn't work out that way. First, unlike Celebrity Cruise Line they don't promote Nick and Nora's Supper Club to passengers. On Celebrity Cruise Line they have a table at the front of the midship elevators near the casual resturant. Not on the Miracle. The first time I called no one answered the phone. When I finally got someone the reservation was made. When I sail on Celebrity Cruise Line I can even make a reservation before I board the ship. I just call the Captains Club Desk and it's made. I'm not a premuim member as yet.

Many have reported making reservation in the Lobby area on Miracle. Did you ask anyone if there was a desk??

When I was on the Miracle in June and on the Legend last year, right by the atrium elevators they have a staff member standing there with a table with the meats and offerings wrapped in Saran Wrap so you could see the cuts of meat. As soon as we boarded we went right over to the lady and made the reservations. Also, up on the lido by the atrium elevators near those glass stairs there is also a staff member taking reservations. I'm very surprised that they didn't have that on your sailing.

Sandi149 Posted October 19, 2007 #19 Share Posted October 19, 2007 Can you get a table for 2 at the supper club? Absolutely. They give you a table according to how many are in your party. You don't sit with strangers in there.
