Ocean Players Club - Perks?

Not even played yet, as in never been in a Carnival Casino? :confused: Or just not played on that ship? Thanks in advance. :)

 

Had not play since I joined OPC. I played on the Paradise in 2003. Then we did not cruise Carnival til last year (2007) on the Liberty. Joined OPC for our Liberty cruise in 2007. Hope this clears it up.

I signed up and also sent an email asking if I qualified as a high roller based on my last cruise casino play. I received an email back saying they would give me $50 in tokens or chips. I'm like...cool!

 

 

We asked on Glory last year, and they said they no longer did it, but my PVP said yes they do. So this year on Sensation, we signed up. (2 weeks ago). You have to let them know 2 weeks before you are coming on board so they can make arrangements. You will get a card, but from the casino on board. Not through the mail. However, you don't use it on the ship. You still use your S&S card.

I play slots only. DH plays the roulette table and once in a while blackjack.

And if so, when it brings up the form, do I select "cruising again" or would I select "ocean players club" since I haven't even registered before?

Yes select cruising again. I was in the same just got back from the Conquest and the Chocolate dish was waiting in the room for me. I did not get the photo coupon until about 3 days into the trip and it was delivered by the Dining hostess.

I signed up for the OPC before sailing on Spirit on 2/10/08. I had a plate of chocolate covered strawberries (1 doz) waiting in my cabin. I also received the $15.00 photo coupon, delivered to me in the dining room on our second night. We picked up our OPC card from the Casino Manager a couple of days into the cruise.

Signed up a couple of days ago for my next sailing and diod not get a confirmation email, I just re-read some of the posts and saw where someone said to add 9's in as your membership number? is this necessary? I just left it blank.

If you don't have a membership number, you use nine zeroes.

I entered in my sailing information a while ago with 9 zeros and I didn't get a confirmation email. I didn't know if they received it since I didn't get an email, so I sent them one again the other day with 9 9's. We'll see if I get an email now or not.

I dont understand... I clicked on cruising again... it only asked for my e- mail address, name address and phone number. I did put in the 999999999. But it didnt even ask when my next cruise will be. Did I do something wrong?

Wow, I don't even have that much to loose, I'm glad they gave you at least $1900 back - and that was 10%! You deserve much more than a few drinks! They'd have to pull me up out of the ocean if I ever lost that much money in the casino! LOL :eek:

Be patient. It took almost two weeks for me to get a email reply. I did get the photo credit and the strawberries.

We logged in on the Cruising Again page as well and we cruise next week, so guess we'll find out! We also sent the information to several of our friends to sign up and do the same............will see how it goes! We may all be having a chocolate strawberry party!

I did all this before my last 2 cruises and weve gotten nothing. We play poker, craps and the slots. We gamble every night and spend more than 50 a day easy. I have once again contacted them about before our May cruise on Destiny. Maybe the 3rd time will be the charm.

I am wondering the same thing. My sister and I both signed up on our last cruise. Wondering if we each get the perks since we are sharing the same cabin. Also we are doing b2b on our next cruise, same ship, will we get it for both cruises?
