Goff's or Seageant Caye for best snorkeling?

We will be going to Belize in January and are trying to decided on (3) different snorkeling spots:

1. Goff's Caye

2. Sergeant Caye

3. Barrier Reef @Turneffe

Is one a better option than the other? Thanks for your imput:)

I've done Goff's Cay. It's a lot of fun although it was overcast and raining when I was there. If you have children or non-snorkelers, the Carnival tour operator let them and anyone who just wanted to stay on the island at the island to play. They then took the snorkelers out on the reef and drifted back to the island.
