Driver/Guide BA & Santiago

Any recommendations for private driver/guide in BA or Santiago. We will be 3 days in each locale and would appreciate any suggestions/experience for reliable person to take care of all transportation/touring. Doesn't have to be luxorious (had a great driver/guide in Athens who used a taxi).
