Best Beach tour thorugh cruise co.

First time cruiser, and I want to stick with Cruise tours.... it seems through NCl there is a few beach options - Tabyana, Fantasy Island and one other The Palm - Las Palmas Beach (which is combined with some sort of Roatan tour)

 

Any ideas about the differences in these tours ????
