I am booked on the Constellation for the 03/10/2008 11 night sailing of the Carribean..I had originally booked in a Concierge Class room but a Family Ocean View room just opened and being it showed larger in size with a much larger balcony, I just switched to it..There's only my wife, I and our daughter going..Is this a smart move to switch?? Is there any differences in the size of the Family Ocean view rooms or are they all alike? Thank you

I would have done the same thing.Considering the cost savings your still getting a balcony. The CC is nice but look and see what is included with the extra cost.We had booked an oceanveiw cabin on my last cruise on Constellation.A guarrentee deal opened up for a balcony room for $300 cheaper than the oceanview.A month before the cruise we were upgraded to a CC cabin for the same price.Go figure.Sometimes things work out that way.

If there are more than two going a FOV would be better for size and position on ship

The best CC Cabins are those at the rear of the ship both have large balconies

I have had CC9201 at the aft through the Panama Canal last March when there were two of us, This December we have a FOV 7201 at the Aft the Largest balconies are 7199 & &202, overlooking the Pent House Suite

Hi Daffydd

We are booked into 9201 on the infinity next april for Alaska. How was this cabin. Did you have much noise from the FV next door as I have been warned that this may be a problem, but I have still taken the chance. I see that you are not far from us in South Wales. We live in Llantrisant.
