Wyndham in the bahamas?

has anyone ever been there if so how much, what is there to do there, is it worth going? how far from the ship?

We've been there, and stayed there. It's alright. Pool, beach, some water sports.

 

There's a casino, places to eat.

 

You can get there by cab, or even by the local bus. One time, we even rented a boat to take us over.

Save money and take the bus. When you exit the ship follow everyone out and head for the British colonial hilton. Go in front of the entrance and by the McDonalds. The bus stop is there and I believe it's a couple of dollars. You get dropped off right outside just let the bus driver know. It was $15 pp for access to the pool, chairs, etc. It's no great shakes but a nice area and not too expensive. We did this back in May.
