firefly333 Posted October 29, 2007 #2 Share Posted October 29, 2007 The policy stated on Carnivals web page says 1 bottle per pax. Anything else is up to you if you want to chance smuggling it. Iv never brought a bottle to dinner I brought on board, saved it for the cabin so dont know about corkage fee.
Bonnie J. Posted October 29, 2007 #3 Share Posted October 29, 2007 I pack a box in my checked luggage. Have also brought a 1.5 litre bottle in my carry on for 14 day cruise. NCL is only ship that charged me a corkage fee at the PIER for this bottle! Charged me twice the fee because it was a bigger bottle. Talked to bar manager about that and he lowered it to one charge. I go to any bar and ask for a wine glass then take that to the dining room with me. If you bring a bottle to the dining room think they will keep it for you and chill it for next night. Or you can order a bottle there but think prices start at about $25.
