TWE really polite and helpful

Recommended Posts

Just got off the phone with Tia from TWE, finalizing the details of our wedding this month. I was getting a bit nervous as we are under 3 weeks away, BUT, I am happy to say that:

She was FANTASTIC, Tia offered different packages available, but was not pushy if we weren't interested .

She offered great advice when asked , and let me know who my on board contact/coordinator will be.

If the actual wedding day goes 1/2 as smooth as the planning , we will have a great day!

The butterflies are still fluttering, but at least there are less of them!

Thats great, soo glad to hear it!

You must be sooo excited.

May I ask what types of packages they offered you?

She went over all the photo packages, videographer etc, Bouquets and boutionierres(sp), hair/spa, escorts, cake ,reception ....Explained how long it would be to get the "official, legal " documents ( 6-8 weeks)

The call took about 45 minutes to confirm/change options that we chose earlier.

It sounds as tho they do get quite a "turnover " of employees as I know that 2 of the "coordinators" that I had been emailing / talking with are no longer with the company.

I can say that Tia was VERY professional.

I know how insane and focused one can get with all the details of the wedding, after all ...we want it to be perfect, but I am sure that most will forget the hiccups that undoubtably WILL occur, as life itself is not perfect.

And yes, even tho this is not our first marriage, we are very excited! :) :D

As well you should be! Whether you've been married 2 times or 20, your wedding is still a celebration of a new love and the creation of a new life together. Every wedding couple, regardless of age or the number of trips they've made down the aisle, absolutely deserves all the fun, joy, and excitement as the stereotypical first timers! :D

That's great!!! I've worked with Tia too and been happy with her. Hopefully she'll still be there when I get close to my wedding! Which ship are you getting married on?

I'm sure it will go great!

Can't wait to hear all about it!
