RCCL Transfer Bus from Rome to Civitavecchia

Has anyone had any recent experience of this service.

 

We are told to expect a notice in our room when we arrive at our Hotel but it all seems very vague and the RCCL reps were not sure. They also just said there will be a note in our room.

 

Check out from our Hotel is 11am but I read somewhere a long time ago the bus pick up was @ 1pm in another central location

 

Did your bus actually pick you up at your Hotel, if so what time or was there another central meeting place you have to make your way to.
