What to do in 1 day from Cruise Ship?

We'll be coming in on Royal Caribbean the right after Thanksgiving. Want to do something fun or relaxing. I was a bit concerned about other reviews regarding harassment from vendors on the beach. Want to avoid that. The boatyard looks cool with fun things to do in the water.

 

A tour of the island?

When we were there in June on The Destiny we spent most of the day on Silvermoon. Highly recommend it. 5 star sailboat that lets you swim with the turtles. Very relaxing and very first class. They only allow 12 passengers so you must book early. It was one of the highlights of our cruise.

We were there last Wednesday (Destiny). We had a great day touring the island with Sarah (Glory Tours). She is native to the island and has a wealth of knowledge. We had lunch in a little place sitting off the road.Nothing fancy but the food was so good. No menus. My husband ordered the fried Flying Fish and said it was terrific. Of all the ports of call, it was our favorite.
