I believe you are talking about the Caribe Buffet, an extension of the Horizon Court. A bit more elegant in the evening, with table linens and extended all night service. Also a good place to find an empty table when the Horizon Court is filled to the brim with people. Wonderful seafood buffet here on sailaway night.

Yes, the Cafe Caribe is the aft portion of the Horizon Court buffet. In that area you can find a different set of international menu items each day, which will be listed in your Princess Patter. Definitely worth checking out!
