Shallow water snorkeling

My DH wants to snorkel, but does not want to be in deep water. He likes to be able to come in and go out as he pleases. Does anyone know of an beach area that has lots of fish, and that rents beach chairs for me?

In Frigate Bay off Timothy Beach Resort, the only resort directly on the Caribbean Beach. Shallow water and you can go a long way towards South Friars Beach. Shallow water in Whitehouse Bay also but very rocky beach. (have plently of sunscreen on your back)
