Wennfred Posted November 14, 2007 #2 Share Posted November 14, 2007 What I suggest is head to the Main Dining room, the Maitre'D will be there taking table and time changes when you board or around 1pm. Just go to the front of the line and ask the waiter there to see their binder with their menus. Look at the menus and pick a menu you both don't care for. Then ask them what day it falls on. There were less people there Tuesday, and we seemed to get more attention from our wait team that night. Ask for the waiter Dragon (pronounced Dray' gon) form Bosnia. He's wonderful! (Be sure to ask him about his Siberian Husky show dogs. :) ) Tell him the chicken farmers from Louisiana, who dined with him twice in Oct., sent you. ;) You will LOVE the Emerald Room!
