Carnival Spirit - Info and Shore activites???

Hello all.

 

We are sailing on the carinval spirit and would love to hear feedback on this ship. The itineary is Mexican Riviera so any shore exscursion feedback would be great too.

We did that cruise last December and loved it. I've heard the cliff divers in Alcapulco is good. In Ixtapa, our son did the horse back riding through the jungle and he enjoyed it. In Manzanillo it is a commercial shipping port, so we did the turtle excursion. Got to let baby turtles free into the ocean. Great excursion. Our favorite time is out at sea. Also, in Ixtapa & Z the fishing village in Z is great. We strolled around and loved it. Have a great trip. We booked everything through Carnival for the excursions as they promise not to leave you behind if you get back late.
