Trolley Roger tour or alternative...

Given that most posters suggest doing Cayman beaches on one's own rather than a ship's tour, has anyone any information on trolley tours? The ship's excursion (Constellation) refers to the one-hour Trolley Roger for $24/person. Is this a special tour for the ship, or is it readily available in town for anyone? I assume that if the latter is the case, that the cost is not as great? After a morning on the beach, we wondered about a quick island tour. Thanks. Bill

I am also wondering about the trolley tour. Can we just get it in town by ourselves or do we have to get it onboard? Thanks!

We did the Trolley Tour last year and it was a waste of money and time. We also took a cab to the beach in the morning and we saw almost the same thing and it cost a lot less than this tour.

Haven't seen Trolley Roger running for a while which, if you live here, is a blessing because it meanders around holding up traffic.
