Camp Carnival - age limits for after 10 PM babysitting?

I know my 3 year old and 7 year old will be in seperate areas for the daytime activities (or do they mix them up at all??) but what about the "slumber parties"? I think we will want to try it at least once or twice on our 5 day cruise, but they are really used to sleeping together (they share a bed) and while I know that there is probably very little "slumber" going on, the little one is probably going to want her sister when she gets tired.

What is the age breakdown for the slumber party? Do they wear their pj's? Does anyone fall asleep, is it quiet-ish?

Thanks - only two weeks and two days - I am so excited!!!!!!

I saw a few PJ's here and there but not many. I can tell you, for the 7 year old group there is NO sleeping. They have a late night dance party. If they choose to lay down, then they can go over to the 2-5 year old room and curl up on the pillows/blankets.

My kids didn't sleep at all in there so I had to get them by 10:30 every night or I had some extreme meltdowns on my hands. ;)

I even went and pulled out my friend's kids because by 11pm they were soooo overtired that they were crying. And this was a 6 year old girl and a 7 year old BOY. :( (yes the mom gave permission for me to pick them up) So I had a "slumber party" in my room so the kids truly could get some sleep while my friends stayed out till late.

They normally have them in one area after 10PM. But depending on how many

kids are on the ship. If there lots of them they will put them in groups after

10PM.

The younger ones do fall asleep. My kids always were wide awake. But on the

good side the sleep in AM, unless it was port day.

While its a slummer party they had lots for the kids to do and they loved

it after hours. They normally begged us to check them in after 10PM.
