Photo of bunks anyone?

We're sailing on the Valor in an ocean view (1292) with our two young kids. We have a bunk and a single sofa convertable. I'm wondering how these look when set up? What time do they set them up for the night?

Thanks for your help!

mappie, this is a photo from our Triumph cruise in January. It's actually a 1A 'secret' cabin......but the bunk will be the same as you will have in your cabin. It drops down from the ceiling.

On our cruise, our steward just kept it down the whole week. We were fine with that because our cabin was so big. In your case, the steward will probably drop down the bunk in the evening when he turns down the beds.....and he'll tuck the bed back in the morning when he cleans up the cabin. As for what time he'll pull it down in the evening....that will depend on what time your dinner is. :)

And just for clarification.....your room steward can be a male or female. We've only had males, so I tend to refer to them as 'him'.
