Have first hand knowledge of someone getting in trouble with the law?

We have only been to Jamaica one time, few years back aboard RCCL's Navigator of the Seas. Seems like we were asked atleast 10 times if we wanted to buy some smoke. We did not, I have grown up since my younger days when back then I would have entertained the idea.

 

My question is, does anyone have dirst hand knowledge of a someone getting busted by the ship or local police? With all that was offered I can see where it would be easy to buy and think they could sneek it back on the ship.
