We were on the Crown on the 8/19 sailing. Late traditional seating (Boticelli dining room). It was not Claudio - though I'm drawing a blank on his name. Believe he was Italian. Told me he was new & had just been assigned to the ship.

Michaelangelo dining room Maitre d' was Constantin.

The head Maitre d' on the Crown is Nicola Furlan who is a really nice guy. There are various head waiters in each dining room. One in particular who is great is Istvan from Hungary, last working in Boticelli's.

Yes, Claudio was one of the Head Waiters on last weeks Crown Princess cruise in the DaVinci Dining Room.
