Adventure Tour Suggestion

Hello and a big thanks to Liz for all her information. I have spent hours reading all the posts and was hoping for some local advice on what not to miss. We will be in St. Kitts on Dec 20 from 9 -4 . . . so really 3:30. Want to pack in as much as possible. We are in our mid 30's and late 30's and very active. I want a couple of hours for a great beach with bars, and an hour or so to see Basseterre with on a little shopping. The rest of time would like suggestions of what NOT to miss. We don't mind being in small groups, but do not want a large group and a private tour would also be fine!
