Visa Waiver for British travellers

Can someone advise. My family and I are cruising with the Pearl in December and are flying into Orlando, a week ahead of the cruise. What do we do with our Visa waiver form? Do we hand it in before we get on the ship and complete another when the cruise ends. Any help from British cruisers would be most appreciated.

Yes, we completed a Visa waiver form on arrival in the US and handed the exit portion in to NCL as we boarded the ship.

US Immigration boarded the ship and handled the visa waiver stuff before we disembarked, and again we handed the exit portion in at the airport as we flew home.
