Regent Mariner Caribbean Excursion Question

Recently I noticed they added a new excursion to the Puerto Rico list: a La Marquesa Original Canopy Tour. Zip-lining is definitely one of those activities I've always wanted to do (I'm an Amazing Race wanna-be)! Anyway I was so excited I was finally able to sign up for my excursions last night but the canopy tour was not one of the choices. :( I thought I might be able to sign up on our own but La Marquesa's website says they only work with cruise ships (Carnival and another one). The other excursions don't look as fun to me. But I'm not going to complain since the entire cruise looks like it will be a great time.

 

Any chance that Regent will add the excursion as we get closer to our March sail date? Or should I make other plans? Any recommendations for other fun activities/favorite excursions? I've never been on a cruise before - so I'm a first timer!
